Our social media programs may follow another user, share or provide hyperlinks to third-party content, or “like/favorite/retweet” third-party content. Moderation policies

Our social media moderator is generally online weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain time.

We reserve the right to delete comments for any reason whatsoever. For example, posts we believe to be off-topic, libelous or defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening or profane, pornographic, offensive, false, or misleading, or which otherwise violate or encourage others to violate these terms of use or any law, including intellectual property laws, may be deleted. We will delete or modify posts that are considered “spam,” i.e., an attempt to advertise, solicit, or otherwise promote goods and services.

Additionally, we reserve the right to ban any user from our pages, where applicable, without prior written notice or consent, for violations of community policies.

Please understand that while we will make our best attempt to reply to inquiries, we are currently unable to respond to all posts and messages via social media.

Please don’t use social media to request transactions, ask questions about your investments or account information, or raise customer-service issues. Instead, please contact us directly at 855-756-4738 for individual assistance.
