Empower receives top rankings from advisors for value, technology and client service

For a fifth consecutive year Empower named No. 1 in
‘Value for Price’ category

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. Nov. 6, 2019 – Retirement plan advisors named Empower Retirement as the top value among retirement plan providers and also said the firm’s client service and online tools are the best in the industry, according to new survey results from PLANADVISER Magazine.

Advisors from across the country named Empower Retirement No. 1 in multiple categories in PLANADVISER’s 12th annual survey. Empower has earned the top spot in the “Value for Price” category since the company’s inception five years ago. In addition Empower had the highest overall favorability, scoring top marks for service for small plans ($5 to $50 million), overall service to small plans, web tools and functionality, sponsor website and reporting, advisor sales & marketing support and fee structure for advisors.  Read PLANADVISOR’S report

Empower also was named among the top five recordkeepers for “Best Overall Service in Midsize Plans” ($50 to $200 million) and “Best Overall Service in Mega Plans” (more than $1 billion).
