What about trusted individuals on my account?
Delegates and joint account holders will use the same new login steps and will get their own dashboard view. No new delegates can be added.
I have an investment account. Will my investments change?
No, your investments did not change and remain secure and accessible.
Will my Empower advisor change?
No. Your advisor has not changed.
Which username and password will I use?
If you have more than one username or password, the first credentials you use after the change become your new default. You can change them at any time in your Profile.
Some individuals may need to update their username. If an update is required, you will receive an additional email with instructions.
Did my account or profile information change?
Your password, account data, and preferences have not changed. You may be prompted to create a new username before your next login.
Was my Empower Personal Cash™ interest rate affected?
No, your interest rate was not affected. You’ll continue to earn interest at the same rate, and your funds will remain secure and accessible.
I have multiple Empower accounts. What will I see first?
You’ll choose your default account on first login after the change.
