It's easy to access your account, conduct transactions and make changes online. Use your RELX network username and password to access your RELX 401(k) Plan account through PeopleHub (via single sign-on). You can also access your account on your smartphone.

Contact the Empower Retirement at 800-345-2345 to access your account. The TTY number is 800-345-1833. Empower Retirement representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (except New York Stock Exchange holidays). You can also access the interactive voice response system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Account statements
We provide you with quarterly statements to help you monitor your retirement savings. You can also access your statements online approximately 10 days following the close of each quarter. If you are unable to access a quarterly statement online, contact Empower at 800-345-2345 to request a printed copy at no charge.
Changing your email preferences
Go to www.re401kplans.com (under My Profile > Communication preferences) to change your email preferences.
In addition, you can sign up to receive paper or electronic plan communications.
