ParcelPrecision
MapMarker ParcelPrecision data enhances the positional accuracy
of MapInfo’s premier geocoding engine - MapMarker® Plus. Using
Tele Atlas® address point data, MapInfo has created two distinct
sets of parcel records, each for different geocoding needs:

Provides the actual centroids associated with the address of
each parcel – a good fit for insurance underwriting, flood
determination, and “Call-Before-You-Dig” applications. |
