An Effective Sales Tool
CoverageView enables you to tell customers where they will be able to use their phone and what quality of coverage they can expect at home, at work or while traveling. 

Unlike wireless service providers that promise complete coverage everywhere and then don’t deliver — leading to dissatisfied customers and high churn rates — you will be able to manage customer expectations about when and where they can use their phone. If a customer knows they will not have coverage while inside their office building, you can tell them in advance and avoid having an unhappy customer. How CoverageView Works
Using CoverageView, a sales agent can pinpoint where customers want to use their phone by searching for the closest intersection to their home and work locations. CoverageView makes use of Empower Geographics’ proprietary intersection location technology, CrossStreets™, and can quickly and accurately identify any landmark, location where two streets intersect or even where roads intersect railroads or waterways. 

Once an intersection is entered and verified, CoverageView returns a result displaying the quality of coverage at that location:

bulletIn-building — the customer’s phone will work inside buildings at that location.
bulletIn-vehicle — the customer’s phone will work while driving at that location.
bulletOn-ground — the customer’s phone will work only while outside at that location.
bulletRoaming — the location is in a roaming area.
